Jackie is a graduate of Civil Engineering and a licensed Real Estate Appraiser. She has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of valuation of fixed assets, real estate property and machinery and equipment in the Philippines with specialization in:

  • Furniture and office equipment

  • Electronic and computer equipment

  • Merchandise inventory

  • Real estate and chattel mortgage

Employment History and Professional Background


Prior to joining Concord-e Valuation Services, Inc., Jackie worked as an Appraiser in Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. a government controlled banking institution, and as Junior Manager in BDO Unibank. She freelanced for a while, and partnered with IPREA on certain collaborations. With these experiences, she eventually founded Concord-e Valuation Services, Inc., along with other colleagues.


Expertise, Specialization and Previous Work Experiences


Broad range of exposure in the valuation of government owned and acquired properties. Valuation of various assets involving civil and construction works such as construction in progress report, materials take-off, unit cost estimates, other land improvements, and other real estate related assets. With experience in appraisal of machinery and equipment, transportation and heavy equipment, vehicles, inventory, and valuation of lessor’s and lessee’s interest. The project sites are all over the Philippine archipelago.
