Employment History and Professional Background

Prior to joining Concord-e Valuation Services, Inc., Alexis worked as Plant and Machinery Valuation Manager at Colliers Intl. Philippines, Inc. and previously at Asian Appraisal Company Pte. Ltd.in Singapore. Before his overseas career, he was Junior Asst. Manager in the Appraisal Dept. of BDO Unibank, Inc. He also became a Trade Analyst at SGS Gulf Ltd. ROHQ and worked initially as Assistant Valuation Manager at Asian Appraisal Company, Inc. His common tasks in all previous companies that he has worked for is directly relevant and involved in property asset valuation of various industries for local and overseas clients.

Valuation of various assets involving specialized installations such as cement plants, chemical plants, quarry facilities, agricultural process plants, power generation plants, manufacturing plants, electronics assembly lines, and other industrial companies with different type of machinery and equipment.
